How to configure MariaDB configuration file in recommend way

Following are my environment ----------------------------------------------

OS : RHEL 7
MariaDB version : 10.3.9
Database Server RAM size : 64 GB
Cluster : Galera Cluster
No. of Nodes : 3
Each Node RAM size : 32 GB

Hi Experts, I need your suggestion that how to configure MariaDB configuration for buffer size in the following parameter.

Innodb_log_file_size=?
Innodb_log_buffer_size=?
Innodb_strict_mode=?
Innodb_page_size=?
Innodb_buffer_pool_size?

I need your suggestion on what are all the mandatory and optional parameter in my.cnf or configuraton file.
